Overview

The Apple Store integration links your iOS application to Gravite so you can centralize reviews, track ratings, and surface key insights from your App Store listing. Understand user feedback faster and improve your app’s performance and visibility.

How to use

Once connected, Gravite automatically syncs public data from the App Store. You can:

  • Collect and analyze user reviews in one dashboard
  • Monitor rating trends over time and by version
  • Filter feedback (e.g., by rating, country, or language)
  • Export insights to share with your team

How to setup

To set up the Apple Store integration in Gravite:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Add provider
  2. Select Apple Store
  3. Choose your app’s language
  4. Enter your app’s name
  5. Provide the Apple ID (numeric identifier).
    Example: for https://apps.apple.com/app/id310633997, the Apple ID is 310633997.
  6. Click Create to finalize the integration.
