Overview

The Google Play integration allows you to seamlessly connect your mobile application with Gravite. By linking your app, you can centralize reviews, monitor updates, and track key insights directly from your Google Play Store listing. This helps you gain a better understanding of user feedback and improve your app’s performance.

How to use

Once connected, Gravite automatically retrieves your app data from Google Play.
You’ll be able to:

  • Collect and analyze user reviews in one place
  • Monitor your app’s ratings over time
  • Track updates and performance metrics
  • Generate insights to improve user experience

How to setup

To set up the Trustpilot integration in Gravite:

  1. Go to Gravite, then click on the gear icon (⚙️ Settings)
  2. Navigate to Integrations > Reviews
  3. Click “Add provider” and select Google Play
  4. Enter your app’s nameProvide the application identifier (for example: for https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whatsapp, the identifier is com.whatsapp)
  5. Click Create to finalize the integration
