Choosing and configuring your AI module

Gravite offers several modules depending on what you want to analyze:

  • Quality Monitoring: evaluate the quality of your agents' interactions based on criteria you define. Create a scoring grid from AI Controls > Monitoring Criteria.
  • Analyse & Insights: understand the voice of the customer — recurring topics, satisfaction, friction points. Create a taxonomy from AI Controls > Taxonomy Builder.
  • Grid Studio: build custom analysis flows, block by block. Accessible from AI Controls > Grid Studio.

Each module has its own detailed documentation in the following chapters.

Attaching your module to a dashboard

Once your grid, taxonomy, or flow is created, you need to attach it to a dashboard to visualize results. This is done from the Dashboards section: create a dashboard, give it a name, and select the module to associate with it.

Then invite the people who need access to the results — individually or by opening access to your entire workspace.

Visualizing your results

As soon as data matching your filters enters Gravite, the dashboard populates automatically. You don't need to trigger anything manually.

Results are organized into several tabs depending on the module used, and can be tracked over time, filtered by team or period, and shared via automatic email reports.
