Overview
The ServiceNow integration enables you to bring your IT service management data into Gravite. By linking your instance, you can centralize incidents, requests, and change records in one place. This helps your teams improve visibility, streamline workflows, and resolve issues faster.
How to use
Once connected, Gravite automatically retrieves ticketing and workflow data from ServiceNow.
You’ll be able to:
- Monitor incidents and requests in real time
- Analyze resolution times and team performance
- Create dashboards for reporting and trend analysis
- Share insights across your organization
How to setup
To set up the Service now integration in Gravite:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Delivery
- Select Service Now
- Add your host URL (gravite.service-now.com)
- Enter your app’s username / email
- Enter your app’s password
- Click Create to finalize the integration.
